HDMI Prep and....that's it

Not too much to report today unfortunately. I don't think they did anything out at the house except for installing the HDMI, component and speaker wires:

However we did get some good news today in the form of some firm dates. We will do our warranty walk through on the 13th of November and the following week, on the 19th, we will do our final 2 week walk through of the house. And to cap it all off we are now locked in for a closing date of November 30th.....so we are only 74 days away from being done and taking possession.
