The light and dark patches are because they just cut the relief lines in them yesterday, so that is just dust from the saw.
Also, our pre-drywall meeting got moved up to Tuesday afternoon instead of Thursday morning.
KiDahn and I spent several hours out at the house yesterday taking pictures of every single wall with her DSLR camera. We put tape measures across the walls in the horizontal and vertical directions and taped a sign to the wall indicating which one it is. This way we have documentation of what is behind every wall in the house and where exactly it is. There are a few examples below:
The weather is looking really good for next week. Sunny and warm, so hopefully we will see some brick go up as well as some insulation.

It’s looking really good. Building a house is an experience like none other. Here’s hoping the weather stays warm, so there won’t be any delays. It’s good you’re staying involved with the process. I know from experience, that you’ll be able to catch any problems that may come up and deal with them quickly.
