Inspections, drywall touch up and paint delivery

Not much visible work was done at the house today. But I think they were still pretty busy. The bulk of the work today was our construction manager going through the house in detail and making a list of all the issues for each crew to come back and touch up. Nothing major was found, but we are really happy with the level of detail he gets into. He is very good at his job for sure.

While we were there this evening the drywall crew was working on touching up their work and fixing high and low spots. I don't have any picture of this because it is really hard to tell where they have done something even in person.

Here are a few more picture of the sunroom, living room and the kitchen now that they are all cleaned up:

Also all of our paint and stain was delivered today.....it's a lot of paint:

And that is all for today. We will swing by tomorrow and see if they are doing anything new and let you all know if they are.

  4. 5 gal per bucket and 12 buckets equal 60 gal. At 10 lbs per gal, that's 600 lbs that you are adding to the foundation af your house!

    1. Correct....and we have a lot more to add to that foundation. We bought 12 gallons of paint yesterday because it was on sale. We have a lot of painting to do when we move in.
