Brick Days 8, 9 and 10, Drywall Mudding, and Garage Doors

Ok so I am really behind this week. With the condo being for sale we have had people coming through for showings all the time and so the whole house is staged (i.e. not functional). In addition to that we keep getting kicked out of our house.

I think I owe you all three days of blog posts so all start with Tuesday:

TUESDAY
They did more brick this day:

and they also did the first pass at mudding the seams in the drywall:

WEDNESDAY
They didn't do any drywall work this day, but we were kicked out of the house again and we took the puppies out with us. They enjoyed the house:

They got more brick work done around the garage:

They also got our garage doors installed:

They look good, but I'm a little unhappy with the height of them in the room in the open position. I may look into having them raised up a couple feet.

Thursday
Today the did the second pass of mud work on the drywall, still a long way to go on this though:

They also pretty much finished the brick on the front of the house:

And now we are up to date. Things are still on schedule for now. They should be able to finish the front of the house brick work tomorrow and that means they will be able to prep for the driveway. Our construction manager is hoping to have this poured early next week. he also expects the brick work to be done around that time as well.
