Siding, Gutters, Sidewalks Garage Openers, Shelving

Well not a whole lot was done inside the house today for some reason. But they did install all the wire shelving in the closets and pantry:

They also cleaned a few things up, you can finally see the french doors:

The big news today is that they poured our sidewalks which is great because it means that they will be able to finish the house 100% before we move in. This means we are free to do landscaping work whenever we want.

They also finished our missing siding and installed the gutters:

And they started to install the garage door openers, they aren't quite finished with this though:

And they backfilled the house next door so the huge piles of dirt are gone and we can finally see what kind of distance we have from one house to the next.

And that is all for today. There is still a lot of work to be done inside. I am doubtful they can get to the cleaning stage by the end of the week like they had planned, but who knows they can get some serious work done when they put some effort into it.

  1. That is one huge garage. I would definitely be able to store my car and golf cart in there perfectly. I was never a fan of those wire shelves until we moved into a new house that had them in the garage. I really grew to love them because they are much more durable than they look, they clean up very easily, and they rarely if ever need to be adjusted.
